• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

📦 Delivery Timeline (India)

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

• Remote locations may take slightly longer

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

💳 Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders (if applicable to your store policy)

• COD orders may include additional charges

• Any shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout

🕉 Secure Packaging

All Rudraksha beads and malas are:

• Carefully inspected before dispatch

• Safely packed to avoid damage

• Shipped in protective packaging

If delivery fails due to:

• Refusal to accept

Shipping charges may be deducted from refunds or future replacements.

We offer a free one-time replacement valid for 6 months from delivery.

To avail:

• Unboxing video is mandatory

• ₹100 shipping & handling fee applicable

• Replacement product will be shipped free of charge

(Valid once per product.)

🕉 1-Day Replacement Policy

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery for:

• Wrong item received

• Damaged or defective product

Unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

After 24 hours, replacement requests will not be accepted.

• No returns for size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• Replacement will be issued only after inspection

• Final decision rests with MIJ team

💰 Refunds
